Execution Plan Phases

After identifying the BIM Execution Planning team for the project, a series of meetings should be planned to perform the following three primary tasks to create the execution plan for the project:

1. Identify the BIM Uses for the Project
2. Design the BIM Execution Process
3. Create the BIM Execution Plan
